Designed for drilling in fractured hard rock and extremely abrasive conditions. Optimised in direct collaboration with operators specialising in hard rock drilling applications Auger Toque offer the Hard Rock Auger Range globally.

A perfect choice for excavators between 5-50T, these augers are designed to get the hole drilled when regular rock augers start to refuse. Made to spec from the highest grade steel, we are confident our hard rock auger range will stand up to the toughest of applications time & time again.

FEATURES

• Rotating Pick Rock Teeth on tapered cutting head
• Standard 110mm Square Hub (PA) & 75mm Square Hub (S6)
• 20mm starter flight & 12mm for remaining flights
• Standard length is 2.4m, custom sizes & continuous flight available
• Custom diameters available on request
• Hard Facing available
• Can be made fully flighted in timed sections (CFA)

AUGERS & EXTENSIONS

Suitable for excavators, skid steer loaders, telehandlers, backhoes and truck cranes. The Auger Torque augers can drill widths of 100mm on smaller machines and up to 2.4m on larger machines and can drill to depths of 12m (thanks to different Augers & Extensions).

HUB OPTIONS

 

Augers are available with all major standard hubs on the market including: 2” 2.5”, 3” and 4” Hex, 50mm, 2” and 65mm round plus 57mm, 75mm, 100mm, 110mm and 130mm square to name a but a few!

SHOCK LOCK™ TOOTH LOCKING SYSTEM

 

The patented Auger Torque shock Lock™ tooth locking system makes losing teeth a thing of the past. The shock lock pin and rubber in our unique shock lock tooth holders ensures your auger teeth are safely locked in place and protected against shock fractures. Replacing worn teeth is simple, just knock out the old pin with a standard hole punch and the tooth will slide out of the holder with ease.

SHALLOW PITCH FLIGHTS

 

By working with and more importantly listening to operators in the field, Auger Torque have developed the perfect pitch for their flights, ensuring the spoil will stay on your auger when you remove it from the hole, giving you maximum efficiency on the job.

CONSTANT SPIRAL CUT

 

Auger Torques boring heads are designed with a constant spiral cut. Teeth are located so that each makes its own fresh cut on every revolution and are angled to direct spoil towards the centre of the auger. The tooth cutting angle ensures spoil is broken up thoroughly to avoid any clogging.
