CH38 Chipper 

The CH38 Chipper is a 4-blade blade chopper with a 380 x 420 mm feed hole for efficient and professional bioenergy chipping. The chopper has an adjustable piece size of 10–30 mm. The optimal speed of rotation of the disc is 800 rpm.

Farmi’s own energy-efficient LS hydraulic unit controls the feeder, the turn of the blowing horn (4.1 m) and magazine, and the hydraulic lightening of the top roller. LS hydraulics allows you to accurately adjust the speed of the feeder. For safety reasons, the opening of the upper housing and the lifting/lowering of the feed conveyor are controlled by tractor hydraulics. The CH38 model also has a Smart feed control system with pressure cancellation.

The chipper’s steel feed conveyor facilitates the handling of short sections and logging residues. The feed conveyor can be hydraulically lifted up for the duration of the transfer run and lowered down as work continues. At best, a chipper can achieve an hourly output of 100 m3/h.
