The TMK Grapple Saw is a high performance saw unit, built for professional forestry contracting. Weighing just 850KG / 950KG with rotator its suitable for excavators in the 13 – 25 Ton range. Optional features include a rotator unit, Guillotine & splitting blade.
Capable of cutting up to 65cm ( 650mm ) diameter trees. The TMK Grapple Saw doesn’t cut corners – Just trees. Big ones. Compact, Powerful, Built to perform.
AN INSIGHT INTO THE TMK GRAPPLE-SAW :
The TMK Grapple Saw is TMK’s next venture beyond the Tree Shear attachments. The TMK Grapple Saw is a powerhouse forestry attachment capable of cutting up to 650 mm trees in diameter. Powered by a 75 or 80cm long saw bar, available with either .404” or 3/4” chain.
Available with a guillotine blade, which is driven hydraulically in and out of the frame acting similar to a Tree Shear. This blade quickly transforms the Grapple Saw to work as a regular Tree Shear with double grapples and can be used to cut smaller branches and trees without a hassle.
High quality Hardox with the durable structure helps the TMK Grapple Saw persist in the toughest situations. Hardox bends under stress, which gives it a much longer lasting product life. Keeping in line with TMK’s Simply efficient way of manufacturing, the Grapple Saw is remarkably easy to install & maintain. Just one adjustment valve is needed to choose the cutting speed of the saw guide bar.

Splitting Blade For Firewood
Available with the splitting blade attachment! After cutting up to 65 cm trees, the logs are easily halved into firewood with a detachable splitting blade. The blade is held by just one bolt.
TMK Collector – Not standard optional attachment
Allows you to collect multiple smaller cuts before having to drop off, when working with smaller material for example with the Shear Attachment this can help to speed up the process meaning less dropping off / time between cuts.
